Buhari Warns Supporters Against Breaking Of Law
The Presidential candidate of the All
Progressives Congress (APC), Gen.
Muhammadu Buhari, has warned his supporters
against taking the law into their hands.
NAN reports that the presidential candidate, who
gave the warning on Monday, urged his
supporters to abide by the rule of law, and also
must not tarnish the party’s image
Buhari, who gave the advice at the inauguration
of his campaign office and the presidential
campaign council in Abuja, said no supporter
should be rude to any leader on his behalf
because it will amount to anti-party activity.
The APC presidential candidate said he expects
his supporters to re-double their effort and total
support.
Meanwhile, Rivers State Governor, Rotimi
Amaechi, who double as Director-General of
Buhari campaign outfit, said the party must get
its acts right the first time.
Amaechi said no one can deliver the APC, but
only three people: God, the people and
supporters, stressing that there can never be
another opportunity like this, so APC can never
afford to disagree on any issue.
