Lagos -  National Leader of the APC, Bola Tinubu, said it would have been disastrous for Nigeria if former President Goodluck Jonathan had been re-elected in the March 28, 2015 presidential poll, Punch reports.
Tinubu was reacting to a statement by former President Goodluck Jonathan that he had a good team to work with while at the helm of affairs of the country.

The former governor of Lagos State, said the banking system and the entire economy would have collapsed due to the several acts of corruption perpetrated by Jonathan’s aides.
Jonathan’s appraisal of his cabinent was contained in separate congratulatory letters to the new President of the African Development Bank, Dr. Akinwunmi Adesina; and the Vice-President of the World Bank, Arunma Oteh.
Akinwunmi served as agriculture minister under the Jonathan administration while Oteh served as the Director-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
