Lenthy Naps Will Make Your Child Clever – Study
A lengthy nap is a simple key to learning and
great memory in a child’s early years –
scientists say.
The study conducted by German scientists has
identified a link between sleep and babies’
development in their first years of life. The
experiment involved 216 babies up to 12
months old who were tested for their ability
to recall newly learned skills.
